About Essence Air, LLC

Eric began his career in HVAC in 1999 through the Air Force. He worked for 4 years in California as an HVAC technician on large Commercial Chillers and Steam plant boilers. Eric then went on to become an HVAC Instructor for the Air Force for 3 years, which landed him a position with Trane, Inc., as an HVAC Instructional designer, designing and developing technical training courses on residential and light commercial equipment. He continued his service in the Air Force as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the HVAC shop in Louisiana. Trane relocated Eric to the Phoenix DSO office, working in Inside Sales for the Valley for 2 years, then went back full time with the Air Force as a Recruiter. He then landed a Job with Fortis College teaching HVAC in Dothan AL and became the Superintendent of his Air Force Reserve unit over HVAC and Plumbing. Eric relocated back to Phoenix working at Phoenix Wholesale as a Ruud Territory Manager. Due to his extensive experience with HVAC, he started Essence Air, LLC. The Air Force again requested his assistance in establishing advanced HVAC training for the Air Force in Marietta GA, where he put his business on hold for the next 4 years. Eric is now back from serving full time and has re-established Essence Air, to service the valley, and this time he has brought on a team of family members and prior HVAC students he has taught while teaching in the Air Force. Eric’s vision is to offer clients the best service to his clients. With the changes over the years within HVAC for both residential and commercial, he believes clients are never fully informed of what is really available to them in all areas of HVAC. This is one Company that can sit down with a client and hear their needs.
